Returns/Exchanges

 

OVERVIEW

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note Clozit Essentials does not offer refunds for returns. Any returned item will be treated as a store credit for future purchases.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a return authorization number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@clozitessentials.com (include Return & Order # in subject line of email). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on CLEARANCE items. If your CLEARANCE item falls under the Damaged Item policy please contact us for further instructions to return the damaged/wrong item. No returns/exchanges/store credit available for CLEARANCE items. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your store credit.

Please allow up to 5 days for the processing of your return once received in our returns center.
